The Sent Interest button will allow user to send mail using any of the Mailing app or via browser, in that mail the Application will send your interest in marriage and your profile i'd to the person, you are sending mail to. All the content will be stored in your mail. The person you have sent mail, can easily reply you via the mail thread or can send you another mail, as your email i'd would have been reached with your message.
